Handmade Ikarian pasta made with Icarus Black 2017 wine from our winery, 350gr.

Ingridients: Fokiano wine, semolina and water.

Produced by pasta producers named “Ta Ikariotika” at Dafni village in Ikaria island.

Cooking advice: We boil the pasta for 5 minutes, we serve with extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs, tomato sauce with wine and on the top gratted hard yellow cheese.
