Natural dry white wine from Begleri and Fokiano varietals, with P.G.I IKARIA.

Antique gold color with bright gold highlights.

Natural oxidation emerging on the nose with mushroom hints. The ripe melon and apricot reach the nose in a ever developing aroma for hours after opening the bottle.

Mouthful of ripe stone & tropical fruits with long aftertaste. Multiple layers are unravelled from the opening of the bottle that carry the drinker to a wonrdeful experience.

Pairing combinations: Matured excuisite fine cheeses with strong character, grilled fishes with herbs, grilled mushrooms or simply by the glass reading a book.

Best served at 14°c-18°c.

Winemaking: Manual harvest. Separate vinifications, Fokiano with the Blanc de Noir technique without squeezing and fermenting only the juice in a tank. Then for Begleri classic white vinification with fermentation also in a tank. Finally union of the two wines and bottling. Wild natural fermentation. Bottling without filtering.

Aging: at the best time of consumption
