Protected Geographical Indication (IGP): Ikaria

Vineyards: Ikaria, Litani (400m. alt.) young plants and adult from 1-40 years old.

Winemaking: Monovarietal natural sparkling dry white wine, produced from the local Begleri P.G.I Ikaria grape variety. Underwater secondary fermentation
process for at least 9 months in the Ikarian Sea. Limited production; wild indigenous yeast fermentation; bottled unfiltered & unfined.

Pressure: 4 Bar.
