Brown colour with amber reflects and long lasting legs.
Fresh in the nose with aromas of red and black fruits, dried nuts and carob.
Complex mouth of red and tree fruit, blackberry jam and dried nuts. Long lasting aftertaste.
Food Pairing: Grilled chicken fillet stuffed with sun-dried tomato, eggplant with tomato and “kathoura” cheese, stuffed vegetables, cheese and cold cuts plate, Ikarian “soufiko”, stewed rabbit with eggplant puree.
Best served at 15-18c°.
