Vinification: Classic red vinification process in stainless steel containers and aging inside them for 12 months. Wild indigenous yeast fermentation with controlled temperature and recycling for 3 times a day; bottled unfiltered & unfined; without any addition of sulfites.
Aging: Best consumed after 8 years of aging.
Production: 600 bottles.
