Natural traditional white dry wine from Begleri varietal (100%)
Antique gold with orange highlights, thick texture with long lasting legs.
Complex nose of butter, peach, honey and gundpowder dust.
Pithy and mouthful with long aftertaste, multiple layers evolve with the opening of the wine, starting with gunpowder smoke, stone fruits, ripe tropical fruits, wild herbs and anama honey conclude to a grant finale.
Food Pairing: Matured excuisite fine cheeses with strong character, grilled fishes with herbs, grilled mushrooms with citrus fruits, white fat sauces with big fishes or white meat.
Best served at 14°c.

Varietal composition: Begleri variety 100%.
Region/Vine domain: Ikaria/ Pattisa (800 m. alt.) & Pr. Ilias(600 m. alt.)
Vinification: Manual harvest and destemming in the traditional stone press. Maceration for 2 two days and then wild yeast fermentation in stainless steel tank for two months. Then bottled unfiltred, unfined without addition of sulphites.
Aging: Best consumed now, it is at it`s peak.
Production: 1300 bottles, 5 left.
