Vinification: Classic rose winemaking process in stainless steel containers; matured in french oak for five months. Wild indigenous yeast fermentation; bottled unfiltered & unfined; only a minimal addition of sulfites upon bottling.
Aging: Susceptible to age up to 20 years.
Production: 250 bottles.
