Vinification:\u00a0<\/strong>Classic red vinification process in stainless steel containers. Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels, which are custom-made according to various tests conducted on the freshly produced wine. Wild indigenous yeast fermentation; bottled unfiltered & unfined; without any addition of sulfites.<\/p>\n

Aging:\u00a0<\/strong>Best consumed after 15 years of aging.<\/p>\n

This wine expresses the mature, complex and collectible side of Fokiano. It comes from the Prof. Ilias area, at around 600 meters altitude, where mountain freshness, sea breeze and the wild Ikarian landscape shape a red wine with depth, structure and aromatic intensity.<\/p>\n
