Vinification:\u00a0<\/strong>Classic red vinification process in stainless steel containers and aging inside them for 12 months. Wild indigenous yeast fermentation with controlled temperature and recycling for 3 times a day; bottled unfiltered & unfined; without any addition of sulfites.<\/p>\n

Aging:\u00a0<\/strong>Best consumed after 8 years of aging.<\/p>\n

Production:\u00a0<\/strong>600 bottles.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
