Vinification: <\/strong>Grape-stomping in the traditional stone\u00a0press. Grape pomace immersed in must for 5 days. Removal of pomace followed by
\nfermentation with indigenous yeast for 45 days siphoned off in stainless steel tank. Bottled unfiltered & unfined; without addition of sulfites.<\/p>\n

Aging:\u00a0<\/strong>Best consumed now, it is at it`s peak.<\/p>\n
