Wine: Natural dry white.
Varietal composition: Begleri variety 100%.
Region/Vine domain: Ikaria/ Pattisa (800 m. alt.) & Pr. Ilias(600 m. alt.)
Vinification: Manual harvest and destemming in the traditional stone press. Maceration for 2 two days and then wild yeast fermentation in stainless steel tank for two months. Then bottled unfiltred, unfined without addition of sulphites.
Aging: Best consumed now, it is at it`s peak.
Production: 1300 bottles, 10 left.
