A very special dry red wine with a complex, rich, warm and tannic character. In the beginning it ages for a year in French made barrels (seguin moreau). Aging continues in bottles for one more year, although this wine is susceptible to longer aging as it gives its best character after ten years and retains it thereafter.

  • Vinification: Pre-fermentative cryoextraction followed by typical red vinification in controlled conditions at a temperature lower than 12°C while applying the method of pissage (full immersion of the pomace) 4 times a day for 30 minutes. After the end of fermentation and the removal of sediments, without any further treatment, the wine is stored in French barrels (seguin moreau) made of staves specially chosen after examining the wine, where it remains for a year. It’s then put in bottles where it stays for a year until it’s ready for its journey in the world.
  • Aging: It is susceptible to long aging. It gives its best character after ten years and retains it thereafter.
  • Production: 1000 bottles in ideal weather conditions.
