An excellent dry white wine with an intense, exotic character thanks to the tropical fruit scents prevailing in both the nose and the mouth. Bright and limpid with a rich body, vivid aftertaste and an aging capacity of at least five years.

  • Mouth: In its flavor there are strong touches of mango, peach and lychee. Its body is rich, in good balance with its fresh crisp and high metallic subsistence.

  • Consumption: Its characteristics are kept unchanged for two years.
  • Food and wine pairing: Begleri litani can be harmonically paired with light meals, meat, seafood, yellow cheeses and fruit. It is served at 12°C.

  • Vinification: Pre-fermentative cryoextraction followed by fermentation in a controlled environment inside a closed stainless steel tank at a temperature lower than 12°C. After the end of fermentation and the removal of sediments, the wine is stirred with its noble lees every ten days for a period of four months until it is finally bottled.
  • Aging: It is susceptible to aging of at least 5 years. While aging, silvery and peachy highlights increase while its nose becomes less vibrant. Its flavor characteristics improve, concluding to ripe peach and pear marmalade. Its crisp remains significantly, while its sweet aftertaste takes off and its silvery and peachy highlights increase.
